Cerise Needlecord Pinafore 18-24 m

A lovely A-line pinafore dress made from cerise velvet needlecord and fully lined with pink and white gingham.  The shoulders fasten with two poppers.  It measures 23" under the arms, and from nape to hem is 14".  There is a line of pink gangham ribbon across the front.
